The Place at Stuart offers an abundance of services to provide comfort, convenience, quality care, and enhanced safety to our Assisted Living residents.
Care
We provide exceptional care in many forms. Our residents no longer have to worry about the hassles and safety cautions from cooking and cleaning. There is weekly housecleaning and daily linen service available to all residents. We have on-call assistance as needed with daily living activities. Our fees also cover all utility costs including local phone service.
Enjoy three delicious meals every day, along with an exquisite Sunday brunch, served restaurant style and prepared by our talented chef and cooks. You'll also meet the chef personally; he frequently visits the dining room to be sure his seasonings are just right. Our elegant dining room has several seating times to fit your schedule. Have lunch on the screened patio or reserve the private dining area for special occasions.
For your health and medical needs, we offer three levels of care. If your health changes, we will adjust our care to accommodate your specific needs. We staff licensed nursing care onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer health and wellness assessments as well as any assistance you may need with daily living activities. Our apartments are equipped with walk-in showers and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms if necessary.
If it becomes necessary, you also receive the added benefit of priority admittance to the long-term care nursing center next door.
Three Levels of Care
Level 1 care encompasses all residents who will receive all benefits and services listed above. We provide regular personal attention and supervision with medications. If your level of care needed changes, so will our level of service.
Level 2 care receives all the same care and services as Level 1 with additional care such as: supervision of medications by a licensed nurse, occasional reality orientation, and occasional escort service to meals and community activities.
Level 3 care is for our residents that need very close supervision and attention. For these special guests, we frequently offer reality orientations and assist with daily living activities and manageable incontinence. Medications are administered by a licensed nurse and escort service is provided to meals and activities.
Travel
Our van, The Place On The Go, is available for scheduling to take you to medical appointments, shopping, events, and other functions.
Security
The Place at Stuart is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have an emergency call response system and daily resident safety checks, along with on-site management and nursing supervision.
